1. General Terms

  • These terms & conditions apply to all services provided by Sanskriti Advertiser, including Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Printing, Influencer Marketing, and Betting Site Promotions.
  • By availing of our services, you agree to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Payment & Charges

  • Advance payment is mandatory unless agreed otherwise.
  • No refunds once the project has started.
  • If payment is delayed, the service will be paused.

2. Design & Creative Work

  • Three free revisions are included; additional revisions will be chargeable.
  • The client is responsible for the accuracy of provided information.
  • Final design ownership remains with Sanskriti Advertiser until full payment is received.

4. Printing Services

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences.
  • Printing will proceed only after the client’s final approval.
  • The client is responsible for errors based on the approved proof.

5. Digital Marketing & Influencer Marketing

  • We do not guarantee specific results, as digital marketing depends on various external factors.
  • Sanskriti Advertiser is not responsible for any negative outcomes from campaigns.

6. Important Notes

  • The client must confirm that betting promotions are legal in the target country/state.
  • If promotions are blocked due to government regulations, Sanskriti Advertiser will not be liable, and no refundswill be issued.
  • If ads are rejected or promotions are stopped due to platform policies (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), the client will be responsible.
  • The client must ensure that ads target 18+ users and comply with advertising regulations.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We keep all client information confidential and do not share it with third parties.
  • Client marketing materials may be used in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Disputes & Liability

  • In case of legal disputes, Raipur, Chhattisgarh will be the jurisdiction.
  • Sanskriti Advertiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Additional Clausest:

  •  Force Majeure Clause: If promotions are affected due to government regulations, platform policy changes, or unforeseen circumstances, Sanskriti Advertiser will not be held responsible.
  • Non-Refund Policy for Ad Restrictions: If any platform (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) rejects or bans ads, no refund will be issued, and the client will be fully responsible.
  • Client Responsibility: The client must ensure that their betting promotions comply with local laws. If betting is found to be illegal in any region, the client will bear full responsibility.
  • Third-Party Liability: Sanskriti Advertiser is not responsible for any issues caused by influencers, publishers, or advertising platforms during promotions.
