Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before the advance payment is made.

• Once any advance payment is processed, cancellation is strictly not allowed, regardless of order confirmation status.

Refund Policy

• If the delivered service or product has a clear defect or error from our side, a refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• In case of a noticeable difference between the promised service and the delivered output, we will assess the situation and issue a partial or full refund if valid.

• If a service is not delivered, a refund will only be processed if the delay or failure is due to issues on our end — such as technical faults or internal errors.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refunds will not be entertained in cases where the client changes their mind, delays the process from their end, or cancels the project after work has begun.

• Once any part of the project is initiated or delivered, no refunds will be applicable.
